Art Director
At Ten Adams, we’re rocking the healthcare industry. Healthcare is our sole focus of business. So, if you are looking to create the next Superbowl commercial for a big brand beer company, you need not apply. But, if you possess the ability to think conceptually as well as strategically, then bring your “A” game to the Power of Ten. Ten Adams, that is. We are a healthcare marketing firm in Evansville, IN looking for a mid-level art director to develop complete campaigns. We offer the opportunity to work on everything from broadcast to print to social media to internal promotions — we do it all. More important than winning awards (which we do), we are rewarded by gaining results for our clients.
Your biggest creative challenge will be to offer up fresh and innovative approaches for an industry that can often be stale when it comes to advertising. You must have strong conceptual abilities along with a strong design sense. We like for our clients to stand out from their competitors, so cliché does not work for us.
We truly partner with our clients and are involved in all aspects of their business to deliver effective solutions for their entire organization. Our goals are aligned with our clients’ in offering a positively remarkable experience. We focus on marketing, strategy and culture — not only for our clients but for ourselves as well.
Culture is important to us, and we strive to provide the best of work environments. Manageable work schedules, massages, catered lunches, Monday morning breakfast and an occasional company fun day are not out of the question.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years agency experience in the creative department.
Ability to develop a big picture concept and drill it down into deliverables.
Formal design training and proficiency with Macintosh computers and programs including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other desktop publishing programs. Television and/or web experience a plus.
Ability to successfully direct a multidisciplinary team to produce projects, including photographers, producers, printers and freelancers.
Willingness to be a team player and possess the ability to articulate and sell a creative idea with enthusiasm and knowledge.
A portfolio that includes healthcare design is a bonus. Or let us know about any encounter with a hospital in the last 2-3 years — ER visit, new baby, appendectomy, visiting grandma — we like research and personal experiences count.
